Fess Up Friday

Sometimes when my daughter cries, I laugh at her. Not when she is really in pain or something, but when she gets hungry or is fighting sleep she gets SOOOO cute. She makes the cutest face in the whole world and makes these little yelps that are just so funny. When she goes from 0 to hungry in  like 5 seconds and starts yelling, while I am making the bottle I tell her that we are all out of formula and that today is the day that we are no longer going to feed her. I know I am so bad. J  Oh and while I was trying to get things done today for her baptism party that is on Sunday, I put her in her swing and turned on the TV. That is why I am a bad parent… this week.

What does she like to watch?

There's a commerical on for some kind of medicated butt cream for serious diaper rash with a lot of babies on it that facinates Miles.

Gilmore Girls and Jeopardy

The Gilmore Girls must have come from me, it is one of my fave shows. At least Jeopardy is educational!

Lol, I laugh at Stephen when he cries like that too, it's just so cute how his face gets all scrunchy and red.

I'm currently bouncing him in his bouncer with my foot while he sucks on his paci and hangs onto my toes with his kung foo grip. :)

I've laughed AND taken video to preserve the cuteness for posterity. I always supply a helpful narration/translation of her dismay as, "Who do you think I am, lady? Rodney King?"

And I let her watch a lot of the History Channel and the various Discovery Channels. Documentaries that have anything to do with astronomy or Hitler always command her undivided attention for some reason.
